This program is for all levels in an organization and is based on the Everything DiSC® model by Wiley. This powerful model backed by over 40 years of research describes four basic individual tendencies and preference styles: D, i, S, and C.

Each person’s style determines what they value, their personality preferences, and how they tend to communicate and relate to others in an organization. By understanding their own DiSC® style and that of others, individuals can adjust how they interact with others leading to better workplace engagement, communication, collaboration, and culture.

Online Everything DiSC® Assessment

• Option 1 - Everything DiSC® Workplace (focuses on communication style).

• Option 2 - Everything DiSC® Agile EQ (focuses on emotional intelligence and how this relates to workplace interactions).

Personalized Everything DiSC® Report

• The report provides a personalized assessment of the participant’s DiSC style with insights and strategies to help them improve their interactions, and ultimately, their performance.

Group Facilitation Session (in-person or virtual session)

• Report debrief.

• Learning the DiSC model and how to use it in the workplace.

• Customized experiential learning exercises specific to the client.

• Strategies and action plan for each participant.

Follow-up

• Resources and support for applying DiSC in the workplace.
