Resilience is about the ability to manage through difficult situations that come our way, whether at work or in our personal lives. When individuals are resilient, they look at challenges differently and while some challenges can be difficult and stressful, they are able to manage through them more effectively.

This program is for all levels in an organization and is based on the book The Resilience Way by Kelly Ann McKnight. This simple and powerful model describes the 5 Elements and 15 Factors that increase resiliency.
