The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is a team learning experience that scores teams on five key components: TRUST, CONFLICT, COMMITMENT, ACCOUNTABLITY, and RESULTS. This program helps teams understand how the Five Behaviors contribute to improved teamwork and effectiveness. The result is a productive high-functioning team that can make better and faster decisions, engage all members, avoid wasting time and energy on destructive conflict, focus on being accountable, and generate productive results. Assessments are available for individuals and teams and include either Everything DiSC® or All Types™ personality models. These help participants better understand how individual personalities contribute to team development. Both are equally valuable in helping teams achieve greater effectiveness and productivity. Start your journey to teamwork today!
