This program is intended for anyone with management responsibility or anyone new to management and is based on the Everything DiSC® Management model by Wiley. This powerful model backed by over 40 years of research describes four basic individual tendencies and preference styles: D, i, S, and C, and how they relate to management approach.

Each manager’s style provides insight into their strengths and challenges as managers and how this affects their ability to communicate, direct and delegate, or motivate staff. Understanding their own DiSC Management style and how to adapt their style to meet the needs of their staff leads to better performing groups and improved manager – staff relationships.

• The report provides a personalized assessment of the participant’s management DiSC style and insights and strategies to help them more effectively engage and motivate staff.
